Iowa, Bob won a relaxed state fair butter carving contest 15 years in a row, and tightly-wound and his wife Laura doubtful Governor Bob sees every time, so when the competition organizers will ask for others to win, she is shocked when Bob protest, it decides to enter it. The county competition, before the fate of African American child rearing, and Brooke, Bob did not pay prostitutes. When things do not go as Laura, she hires Boyd, a former boyfriend for help.
